From the start you were on hand to talk through the plans of what needs to go where and how we could make it work and after a full inspection of the site you were ready to start on the agreed date and on time.
It wasn’t long before it was made quite clear that the plan, I had put down was not possible but that didn’t affect the team in quickly finding a solution to make it all come together.

To my horror the other week I tried to put on the bathroom lights, but they decided not to work! Not good first thing in a morning when I need to slap my make up before I go out. Managed to do it in the dark in a fashion but not a pretty sight! I rang Martin at 7:50 in a panic and asked if there was any chance someone could come out and repair.
To my surprise he arranged for 2 electricians to arrive at 17:00 on that day. As per usual with the Iveson household nothing is straightforward. They ended up having to take up floorboards from the room above before they could change the bulbs! They didn’t leave until 19:00.
What a service I have to say, super-efficient and all with a smile. I certainly would not hesitate in using Martin and his team again! Normality back, I can now see where my make up needs to go!

It’s never easy to find a ready and willing electrician or electrical team and I wanted to just say what a fabulous addition to the BNI team Martin & his Team have been.
Regardless of the job, Martin is always ready to say “yes” and provide a solution. I’ve been very confident to send Greenveiw to a couple of my existing customers now and they have all been totally satisfied with the work carried out around audio/visual, networking and CCTV solutions.
Most recently Jason attended our house in a timely fashion and fixed a couple of nagging issues we have been having with our lighting. He was friendly, polite and courteous, worked clean and tidy and easily got the job done.
