Are landlords legally required to get electrical checks?
Yes. In England, private landlords must have an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) completed every 5 years, or sooner if specified. We provide fully certified reports and can schedule reminders so we can reach out when it’s next due.
What’s included in an EICR?
We inspect your property’s electrical system for safety and compliance. You’ll receive a digital report highlighting any issues (coded C1, C2, or C3) and a quote for any work required to pass the inspection.

Can you carry out work in fully tenanted properties?
